Schedule a free phone consultation.

You’ll share your history and wellness goals and learn more about OsteoStrong, how it works, and how it can help. Then we will customize a plan that fits your wellness goals.

Establish a baseline at Your First Session.

During your first appointment, a session coach will establish your baseline so we can track your progress over time. You will start with balance exercises and be guided through each of four machines, with a detailed explanation of the areas targeted and the science behind each.

Learn about all wellness modalities.

During your first session, try our suite of modalities to target overall wellness. These advanced technologies focus on increased circulation, healing, enhanced energy, and more. If interested, these can be added to your membership.

Create a personalized plan.

During your first month, coaches will work with you to personalize your program, helping to create the best plan for your body, goals, and budget.

Track your progress every session.

In just 15 minutes a week, you can feel more stable, balanced, and strong. Results will be measured each session, so you can see your progress over time.

We offer two membership packages, so you can tailor your approach to your goals, budget, and lifestyle.

Silver Package

Enjoy the OsteoStrong system to target balance, strength, and bone density. One 10-15 minute session per week.

Gold Package

Enjoy OsteoStrong, plus our suite of other modalities focusing on various areas of health and wellness. One 45 minute session per week.
