How does OsteoStrong work?

Before the age of 30, our bones constantly regenerate, giving us a completely new set of bones every 7 years—a process called osteogenesis. At around the age of 30, the process slows down and we begin to lose bone density. This bone loss, which varies from person to person, can lead to Osteopenia and Osteoporosis.
OsteoStrong’s process triggers bones to regenerate naturally again. We target four areas of the skeletal system, and as you put the force of your weight and strength against our machines, that force stimulates the bones to begin osteogenesis—without the need for medication or medical procedures. The work requires no reps, and once triggered the regeneration lasts seven days. In just 15-minutes a week, you can see improvements in bone density over time.

During each visit, Session Coaches will take you through four OsteoStrong Spectrum Devices, each targeting a different area of the body. These Robotic Musculoskeletal Treatment Devices allow axial compression of bone, which triggers bone regeneration. During this process, called Osteogenic Loading, you place force against the device that is far higher than those seen in daily activity or exercise.
